Our Beginings

  W.I.L.L. as it is affectionately known was born out of a God ordained vision
  given to our founder to minister to the millions of women who are behind
  the scenes in ministry “Just Making It Happen”.

  As a result of having served behind the scenes within ministry organiza-
  tions as a leader in various areas, as well as a trainer and staff developer
  for over 25 years, she is aware of and sensitive to the challenges faced
  by this segment of the Body of Christ.

  In her years of service, God has given her some wisdom survival keys
  that allowed her to remain effective, relevant and operate in purpose as
  she worked in his kingdom.

  When W.I.L.L was founded God blessed the organization with a diverse
  core team of leaders that have serve in different areas of the Body that
  bring With them their years of service and a heart to minister to
  their colleagues who work in ministry as they do.
