Is the sound working? Did the choir line up yet? Who was supposed to do the bulletins this week, they're not folded. What went wrong in worship today there seemed to be tension among the worship team this afternoon............

The above statements represent just a few of the thoughts running through the mind of church leaders everywhere as they provide support services to the ministries they they are assigned to in an effort ensure that those attending the services are ministered to.

Week after week women everywhere don the sanctuaries of our churches to serve the Body of Christ often at the expense of actually receiving ministry themselves.

  At Women In Leadership we want

  to minister to that woman. God

  has made it clear to us that the

  everyone expects those who

serve in ministry to always be on top of their assignments, anointed and ready with fresh revelation about how to carry out the vision of God often without ever realizing that because their focus is on meeting the needs of others their own need for ministry is often going unmet.
